The hamsa has historically been thought to be a symbol of protection, especially against the “evil eye”, and this glittery version also incorporates an ankh - a symbol of life- and an infinity symbol. I made this mosaic with ceramic mosaic tile, gold smalti, stained glass, and glass beads on a 5 3/4” x 5 3/4” ceramic tile. It has a hanger on the back, but also come with a small black metal display easel.
